1. Collection and usage of customer information

We collect only customer’s information through :

  • User registration
  • Customer purchase /check out process

This includes minimum required information to complete the purchase like Name, contact number, email & delivery location.

We use this information during purchase, delivery process, after sale service and to send products related information and offers. The customer can request to stop further contacts or remove personal data from our database by contacting us through our contact page.

We don’t sell or share customers’ information with any 3rd party.

2. Cookies

We use ‘cookies’  (files placed on your computer). When you browse our website pages.
The cookies used here to help us improve user experience of the Site and save user preferences.

If you have questions or concerns about our collection and use of your personal information, please contact us through any “contact us” page method.

Refund policy:

The customer can return goods for a refund (or for a repair, replacement or a credit note),within 3 days from delivery time , if the item:

  • Has a manufacturing fault that wouldn’t normally have been detected at the time they bought it before 1st use; (hidden fault)
  • Is not the same as described by the salesperson, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown;

After 3days, this refund policy doesn’t apply, However, under-warranty items still eligible for free repair /replacement as per #Warranty & repair policy below.

Warranty & repair policy:

All items that show any manufacturing defects during warranty period are eligible for Free repair or replacement with same or equivalent items. However, the following must be noted:

  • Climate+ is not obliged to send technicians, pickup or ship the items to our warehouse in Dubai for service. And client should drop items to our location.
  • Exception is fixed systems like fogging systems, and bulky items with any dimension more than 1.9meters. Those if in United Arab Emirates, are eligible for free technician visit for service where applicable.
  • Climate+ may send technicians for smaller items, without obligation, with next nearest delivery schedule, those may take longer period to attend.
  • Clients outside United Arab Emirates bear shipping costs.
